Sorry, but I'm not paying 20 dollars for an iPhone game.

But you'd pay $30 or $40 for the same thing on a 3DS simply because of the name, right?

Square has done a great job selling their titles at very high pricepoints. Good on them.

Let's not forget that the game is 20 years old. I'm not a fan of paying current-gen prices for a fourth gen game.

That is the reason I did not buy Ocarina of Time 3D, because that game is over 10 years old, and I wouldn't pay 40 dollars for a game that old. Not when I can get a game I haven't played for the same price.

I did, however buy the Sly Cooper Collection. I have not played those games, and I don't have a PS2, so I couldn't buy them used.  My easiest option was buying from the PSN, so that's what I did. Even better, I bought the collection during a PSN sale, during which I was hoping the collection would go on sale.

After all, I am an American, and we look for the best deals.

....Its the 3D remake that was released just a few years ago, not the ~20 year old 16-bit version.  Its the same way with FFIII and most other SE games - they're all recent remakes as opposed to the original versions.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
