"Company is shrinking, hasn't been profitable for a long time. Lots of stealth layoffs (a few at a time, to avoid WARN notices). Very few career opportunities now. Hard to see a long term future for the company (or the corporation). Mid-level management is comprised of incompetent "yes" men. Hardly anyone gets fired, instead poor performers just linger.... or worse, get pushed into management.
Advice to Senior Management – Take a strong look at your Director level. That's where the problems lie."
