The "17" post was cm I think ;)
Since online surveys tend to get into higher numbers than medical studies (even wikipedia says that :P) you shouldn't expect lots of valid posts - depends on how you measure anyways, can probably change up to 0.7 inches.
btw I think we have had like 20 topics like this in the last 3 years. Still waiting for the topic asking for the circumference when erect..
