Have you considered Asrock motherboards? They pack a lot of features for the price, like Asrock Z77 Extreme 3 or 4.
Low end AIO watercooling is weak. Don't buy into the hype of inferior all-in-one watercooling. The only good ones are H80 and H100 and even those get beaten in performance vs. noise levels by the top air coolers like Noctua NH-D14 or Thermalright Silver Arrow. See if you can find Thermalright True Spirit 140, NZXT Havik 140, Zalman CNPS14x Pure Aluminum or Scythe Mugen 3 or something like that for a price similar to the H40. Those are way better, but I don't know what they cost from the stores you are buying. You can drop a link to the stores you are buying from and I can recommend something from there.
If you want a quiet case, maybe also consider the Fractal Design Define R4. It has a front opening door so that if you need more airflow, you can always keep the door open and install 2 fans there. I am personally not a fan of cases with poor airflow for the sake of silence. I like to have 2 front fans taking air in like Corsair Carbide 400R. The Fractal Design R4 is a good compromise I suppose between silence and still having the ability to improve front airflow with the door open.
Can't say if that PSU is a good value since again don't know what the prices for competing PSUs are. Some PSUs are made by top-notch companies and might cost less. For example, XFX Silver rated PSU are all made by SeaSonic which is Tier 1. Those might cost less than your Corsair 750. Corsair makes a lot of different 750 versions too from Bronze to Silver. All of those are made by different companies.
The Asus GTX660Ti for under £230 with 2 free games sounds like a decent deal:
or the Gigabyte GTX660Ti:

The MSI 660Ti is even cheaper than both of those:
