I think you cannot count mobile phones as they represent another targeting group! You cannot buy great games for 1-2 € on the 3DS and the Vita! But the Vita and the PSP are the best non Nintendo Handhelds! As the Game Boy Advance was a Flopp for Nintendo the PSP will be successfull for Sony as it represents the best selling non Nintendo Handheld! For a Nintendo Handheld selling under 100 Million is nearly a flopp!
