Gotta be PSP. It had a nice, diverse library: shooters, RPGs, platformers, etc.

The Vita library is just too small at the moment.

Game Gear could have been great, by it just got too many ports of Genesis games. There are a few stand-outs, but not enough to come close to PSP.
