HALO's Best Weapons/Vechicles/Armor Abilities?

I really like the Binary Rifle but never seem to get it in my ordnance. :( My next favorite one's are the Beam riffle and the Scattershot.

My favorite vehicle is the Gauss Warthog in Exile. Once when driving that vehicle, the guy controlling the turret got 47 kills thanks to me :) .
