Maybe Atlus, but I doubt anyone right now. Maybe the makers of Xenoblade if the reviews are to be believed... I haven't gotten a chance to play it yet.
I'd be happy with a developer making something like the old Grandia games. Wild Arms was great too, 2 was OK, and 3 was different. Nothing can compare to the original though
