It's part of the Flash Sale Sony is having on the PSN this weekend. Ubisoft I guess was the first to join. Hopefully we see something else next weekend.
I bought the AC3 Gold edition with AC3:L for 60 dollars. It's a steal at that price. A PS3 games, A PSV game and the Season Pass for the PS3 game.
