Except the information on Mexico, the statement that the X360 leads "probably whole Latin America" is false.
It has no valid evidence to be deemed valid anyways. But I am in no possession of any sales numbers so I can't "prove you", but the same goes to the other argument.
The reason why the X360 had a good start was the price. Since $600 PS3 + import + taxes would make it cost above $1000, nobody would buy that shit when you could buy the X360 at half the price. That was ages ago, things have changed a lot.
