First off, why are we assuming that consoles will be using the "mobile" versions of these CPU/GPUs? I think people are reading way too far into that one image where AMD was simply stating their technology is used in consoles (which it already is, not even counting next gen).
Just for comparison - the AMD HD7870 2GB card has a max power draw of only 144W. Average is around 60-80W and the non-gaming wattage was 6-30W total.
I will respond with more once I do some more research on the upcoming AMD technologies for both mobile/desktop.
