I don't get why people are saying MS should drop out of Japan. They've made significant progress there compared to the original Xbox, and I believe the 720 will improve on that further. Although Japan is clearly Nintendo territory, MS can still see some growth by digging into Sony's marketshare by using similar tactics like they did early in this gen (exclusive JRPGs like Tales). Besides, MS is swimming in money, so it doesn't hurt them to try for further improvement (which they undoubtedly will).
