The problem is Sony doesn't have a big American title besides Uncharted. From the rumors sony is relying on established sequels too and I personally think that is a bad idea. Guerilla, Media Molecule, and Suckerpunch have been quiet for awhile and Sucker Punch concluded infamous pretty decisively with the last game so they are the most likely to announce something new.

I'm just going off of rumors. But yes they are all a big possibility with a new IP. I personally think Guerilla has a good chance of making a hit game. They were close with Killzone 2. I haven't seen enough from Media Molecule to predict anything with them. Little Big Planet 1&2 was really good but if they want a break away hit they will need to expand as well. Don't hate, but personally I think Sucker Punch is over rated and aren't they making Sly 4?
Remember I'm just talking about the american audience, which is why I think Guerilla has the best chance because they have already shown they can make a good FPS and with excellent graphics. I'd personally like to see them go into the TPS genre and see what they can do. But the rumors are pointing at KZ4.

I agree Media Molecule is somewhat unproven but so far they've done well. Sanzaru (the people who did Sly Collection) are working on Sly 4. Sucker Punch hasn't announced anything since Infamous 2. ND is 2 teams now so the one that's not doing Last of Us has had some time since U3 to get something done in time for next year. I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple studios too so we'll see.
