Microsoft made outstanding progress in North/Latin America, Europe, South Africa, India etc... Can it Conquer Japan Next Gen ?

 Progress in latin america? maybe brazil and mexico, because here (Costa Rica) the 360 is still above $500... And I know this is also true for most latinamerican countries.
