Microsoft made outstanding progress in North/Latin America, Europe, South Africa, India etc... Can it Conquer Japan Next Gen ?

Conquer Japan? That is just ridiculous.
They've had 2 generations to do it and Japan has proved it has no interested in the Xbox brand. That much is obvious.

Microsofts failure in Japan isn't due to marketing or price point or even games, it's due to culture, aesthetics and well established competitors. Microsoft just doesn't "get" Japan.
