Yeah, it's true.

Another way to see some of those sales is by checking the 100 best selling games.

but after checking all of them i believe many of them could get a higher discount in the next days as they got right now.

I think that the max a game will go on sale is 50, 66 or 75%, depending on how new the game is.

Any game* with a lower sale can (and probably will) get a bigger offer during the sales.

*Not counting Call of Duty games.
