Metroid
The original will always be my favorite b/c it's simplistic design, unforgiving difficulty, originality, and nostalgia.
Super Metroid 2nd for its secret weapon combos and original upgrades.
Prime 2 Echoes 3rd for its eery atmosphere and music.
Biggest complaint about prime series is they replaced the jump boots with double jump boot.
