Haven't taken a look to see what kind of sale Sony had going on right now. I've taken advantage of a few great digital sales in the past and PS+ offers some truly insane sales on a regular basis. What a lot of people overlook is that there's always a great sale going on Xbox Live every week, too (Gold Members, only) as well as a Sales App, and permanently reduced games. Nobody ever mentions it, here.
So, whle PS+ offers better deals (especially if you don't mind downloading the "free" games, playing them, and deleting them if/when the subscription runs out), XBL is no slouch, either. Both blow Nintendo out of the water.
