That "article" looked more like the wet dream of kid that wants the next consoles just to have new toys to play with rather than an actual piece of information about the next gen.
But I do agree that the lack of games for late 2013 is a clear indicator that new consoles are coming and that we will know about them before E3, either via announcements or because of leaks.
