NO!! ps3 didn't even start doing great until it hit $299
also the software wont sell too well at that price point. It will be another price point that gives The PS the image of not selling software. The games wont sell early on and then there will be even more companies recieving lay offs and going out of business
It needs to launch at $399
half a grand is just too much..
