Yeah, it's Sony and Nintendo, they both f'ed up. But Sony is the first offender by putting in bogus clauses in the contract which Nintendo had no idea about.

Yeah no, Nintendo was full aware what the contracts were about, they backstabbed Sony and chose someone else. Sony's revenge was sweet though.
