If Windows8 phones can have a 1/3rd of Apples share in the near future I'm sure they will be overjoyed.  Not that i expect them to but thats a natural response to your statement.

But this doesn't say they are receiving 1/3 of apple's share, it says they are receiving 10% interest total. Which aspect of the current market that is coming from remains to be seen. Time will tell.
