the best thing the world can do is to let africa fend for itself and stop trying to help them. they will never build their own infrastructure if they dont need to, and they will never develop the leadership they need if we keep throwing money at them. at most we should send them seeds to plant, and possibly raw material, but no finished products and no money. and no food.
