I really don't think it was the fault of video games, but more the fault of a kid growing up in a very unhealthy environment. And the fact that his mom was telling his babysitter not to turn his back on the kid ten years ago is really telling in my opinion. They need to find a way to track these psycho / sociopathic kids at an early age without violating their Constitutional rights.
