Cancel debt. Give conditional aid (none of which should ever result in debt). We should essentially dump billions/trillions of money into Africa. The conditions should be relatively easy. Peace workers need to be able to assist in distribution of water, food, shelter. If we need to bribe the leaders to get this done then that's what we need to do.
The notion that we need to let Africans suffer because we aren't willing to buy the leaders off is dumb.
