If that's the case, then XBLA probably wins. However, when those other features and platforms are included, XBLA falls to fourth.

For PSN: an entire catalogue of PS1 games.

For eShop: an entire catalogue of NES, SNES, Genesis, TurboGrafx-16, and N64 games.

For Steam: an entire catalogue of PC games, including new releases, classic games, and independent titles.
