With china rising comes their higher standard of life. they get more loans and stuff. in 10-15 years china won't be able to produce THAT cheap like now. to give you a concrete example, i was producing 2000 CDs in china two years ago. manufacturing costs were somewhere around 3.500€. i was being said that they have to ask for like 4000€ when i wait too long.
so what i try to say is: maybe some clever firms try to produce in africa. problem is you will do hard to find stable regions. but i never understood. there are people starving. they would work for a hunger loan just to get something to eat. give their children school education and they'd be so happy to work. that won't cost too much and you could produce iphones and stuff over there. and noone could complain about low loans.
