I hate that whenever a tragedy happens and instead of people taking time to show respect for those who died or show they care that a tragedy has happened, they immediately jump up and down and bitch about gun rights (whether pro or against). Those people in that town are thinking about their children/neighbors/friends they lost yesterday and all America can do to help them out is shove the right to bare arms in their faces.


Exactly, when that politician said now is not the time to talk about it. I interpreted that as we should be mourning and giving our respects instead of shoving politics down their throats.
