About evolution. I had a roommate in college with webbed fingers. This to me defines evolution. One generation of humans is given a tool in order to "swim" away from the incestuous pool of deformed genetic code. This in and of itself is why mutations happen in my opinion. The human genetic code would fail unless diverse sets of genes continue to adapt to the surroundings. If you get this new mutation of human that can swim better, they will survive and seek out diversity. It's the same way that I will argue that "hybrid" humans (forgive the word, but think about it) that are children of different races of people from different points around the world are generally more attractive to both races. Is this what some would call intelligent design?
If it is intelligent... why did God give this man webbed fingers so he could swim easier? Couldn't this God have seen that he grew up in upstate New York far away from any swampland and far away from the oceanfront and maybe have given him bigger legs instead? Where's the logic in giving him webbed fingers and toes? Is this the "God" you want in control of your life?
It seems the mods need help with this forum. I have zero tolerance for trolling, platform criticism (Rule 4), and poster bad-mouthing (Rule 3.4) and you will be reported.
