I'm one of those people.
Since I've bought my (used) PS3 back in September, I've spent 340 PLN (~110 USD) for games and services on it.
I've bought 1 retail game (Trinity Universe) and 2 100 PLN codes to charge my wallet, for which I've bought Everybody's Golf: World Tour and Grandia (brilliant game), and 6 months worth of PS+ subscription, with which I've downloaded dozen of PS3 games (out of which I've beat maybe 3 of them, but nevermind) and on top of that, I've downloaded some Vita games, so I'll be already set once I'll get a PS Vita someday.
The only kind of games that are missing from this service are JRPGs. Seems that they'll be the only kind of games I will ever bother to buy for real.
Unless Playstation God will hear me and put Valkyria Chronicles on Polish Playstation Store and make it a PS+ game of the month.
