Find Sony's weak points & exploited them , find out what consumer in their home turf dislike about Sony & do the opposite & throw in some incentives to lure them towards your product . But leave the American attitude at home & use a more home-turf mentality , some of it beloved developers to do your talking & hyping but also listen to what they have to say. (JMO)
