That seems like an arbitrary restriction, especially considering the PS family has just as many remakes and collections as the DS. Plus, most of the remakes (especially of NES games) are considerably enhanced for their PS/PS2/GBA/DS releases.

I mean, if you can play Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI on either console, why shouldn't those count for more than whatever much lesser RPGs may have been made for the systems?

Chrono Trigger and FFVI are B/C, not actual RPGs on the PS2 so they cant be counted at all imo.

Also there is no FFVI on NDS unless you mean b/c like the PS2 PS1 Anthology which I still dont count.

Chrono Trigger is fair game though since it IS on the NDS.

Edit: Remakes and Ports are fine imo.

I was counting the GBA remake, because platformmaster brought up backwards compatibility in an earlier post as a way that PS2 had Chrono Trigger.
