Sorry, I'm not sure what you're saying 'all areas'? And what are you counting as 'mass shootings' here, is that the reason for having such a lower figure?
I just did 'look through it' and I count 76 school shootings going back to 2000, so 76 in 12 years.

Teacher goes into a school with a gun. Shoots antoher teacher. Is arrested.
That would count as a school shooting.
A Mass killer is like in this case. Where the person tries to kill a bunch of people.

Right as I thought, what you're saying is your numbers were only accounting for 'mass shootings' where a large number of people are killed, whereas my ones were blanket 'school shootings' figures that count every shooting at a school.
