Getting them for free, there is really nothing for me to complain about At first, I didn't think the maps were great, but after awhile I'm starting to like them. Most of the game modes I've played have been objective and only one slayer match, so I've lost most games because I'm usually not on teams that communicate. Idk if they're worth $10, but there not horrible maps by any means. |
Yeah I finally got a chance to download them and so far I think they are better than many of the maps on the disc and definitely better than any Halo: Reach map packs that were made. Overall I'd say the maps (including the defaults) are about as good as Halo CE (which IMO is the third best Halo for MP maps behind Halo 2 and Halo 3.
@MARCUS: Halo 4 is so much better than Reach's MP. If you like Call of Duty MP then you will like Halo 4's; if you like Halo 2/3's MP, then you will like Halo 4's. I think it's the perfect blend between those two games and is the most fluid, best balanced (for both weapons and the quickness of the game), and best competitive FPS of all time.
The only issue I have with the MP is the lag compensation system is crap (Hopefully they will fix it thought)
