The guy isnt saying that. Sony referred originally that they wouldnt bring another console for the 10 years.
The guy is pointing they dropped tat tagline very quickly. Current gen is maxed out. Only minor tweaks that dont really result in visual gain are left. Theres only so many ways you can pack a box better.
