I dont understand why?
All companies have some bad form at some stage.
I like Microsoft. Ive had good dealings with their support teams and like their OS. I like Xbox and really like WP7 and 8. I like the direction they are taking and feel passion for them.
On the flipside I dont like how Apple treat their customers for example. They upgrade their phones and Macs way to often with no real changes. But yet charge way over the odds for their products. Yet customers love them. Id never pay the prices Apple ask in a million years for any of their products. They just arent wort it.
I still however can appreciate ow good Ipone 1 was. And just how much it changed the Smartphone market.
But they are a slimey company to the blind customers. Its crazy.
