Well, when complete US numbers were still on the site, I tried to look after what went wrong with the DC and the answer is so obvious... No games!! No system sellers!! And there were never more than a "big" game a month, even during Holidays, so even when big games were released, there were no jump in HW sales... SEGA really screwed it up. They did the best job possible!
