I don't hate any system but I've not recently been in a place financially where I could justify buying another home console.
This holiday season I was looking hard at a 360 pretty much for the Halo series and Trials HD, mostly because I knew it was $50 off. I don't care much for Gears. I was also seriously considering the Wii because of Xenoblade and The Last Story--before anyone asks, I don't like platformers in general and Mario in particular, so no, I've never really been all that interested in a Wii before. In the end, the Vita dashed ahead of the others because of the Black Friday deal and because of P4:G and Soul Sacrifice, as well as all the PSP RPGs I want to play, so I ended up getting that.
The Wii U looks like it has potential but I've never bought a console at launch. I care a lot more about the games than the system so I always wait until the library builds up.
