Also, that's not an emotional argument, it's something that unfortunately happens in the real world, and it is  a legitimate concern if somebody has forced entry into your home while you're there. And sure, rape happens, but why is the example you resort to, "but what if your wife was being raped?". There are other examples that are less "OH ITS MY WIFE YOU'RE RIGHT I'D SHOOT THE BASTARD".

How is that example of murdering psychopath?

Murder is to kill someone illegally. Physchopath is someone who kills just for the joy of it and wants dead  just because they can for reason at all.

if a person is coming to attack your  wife there killing because its to protect there family member therefor it's a reaction of stopping a psychopath.

It's a natural reaction in man to make sure you will protect your family even if it means you or the other person has to die to do it.

For example, if I'm in my house with kids it's my job to stop anyone from coming in and hurting my kids. If I try to stop them and fail not only is my life at risk but my family.
