Total (70+ on Metacritic): 3.35 million Grand Total (27 games): 5.58 million Halo 4: 5.52 million ____________________________ lol its not a myth. |
So are you trying to say there's a lot more diversity in your gaming options on PS3 or what? Aside from a couple of shooter series the 360 really doesn't tend to have that much.
360 actually has more games not on PS3 in 2012. That wasnt the point though. The point is the thread OP. Pay attention.
Oh yeah, and they all tend to be shooters. What about that Alan Wake? For one of the most hyped games of 2005, its sales really turned out to be staggering, or Crackdown 2, or Too Human?
No ud be surprised. Sony propaganda machine has done wonders to you.
lol im not talking about those exceptions. Look at the post. Im talking about Halo. Stay with me here. Focus. Halo 4 alone outsold 27 PS3 exclusives alone this year (or will). Myth busted.
I already said earlier in the thread that just because one series has ridiculously high sales in comparison that doesn't mean they all do as 360 fans would like to claim.
But Halo is the flagship. This isnt PS3 where Sony throws out random exclusives and expects them all to be a hit. MS has only a few big guns and uses them very well.
The generation sales of the Halo, Gears, and Forza IPs pretty much embarass the IP sales of PS3s best exclusives. 360s other exclusives and even 360/PC games (not on PS3) make it even worse.
But again, if your not gonna focus on Halo, then your sweeping a very big obstacle under the rug to make a point. Again, Halo 4 alone will outsell 27 PS3 exclusives. Please, let that sink in.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
