I can confirm this to be true!!! Downloading the map pack as I type. Funny thing is, my son just brought the specialization notification to my attention yesterday and he coincidentally just unlocked them today. As soon as I saw your post, I ran up to my kid's box and checked. Sho nuff.....0 points.

I downloaded the free maps to my xbox first and then called my friend to tell him to do it. He didn't have access to his xbox at the time but since he had recovered his account to my xbox before, he asked me to sign onto his account and download the maps from my xbox. But when I went to do it for him the maps were no longer free. I tried it with his brothers account and it didn't work either. At the time I thought they had figured the glitch out and fixed it. But when I saw other users were still able to download I figured it must be something else. I asked him if he ever unlocked the specializations and sure enough he hadn't so I just connected the dots
