i think i agree with this is seems like a mojor overlap happened. under our current laws, he should not have been allowed to own a gun. yet he did.
i think a system should be in place where only madical info that should be available in a background check, and i mean only is if a doctor explicitly states in he eval of you that you are mentally not competent or what ever. so the background check commences, the BAFTE searches you info, and only if doctors or what ever have deemed you unfit, then a red flag comes up.
