You gotta be... If YOU are saying this is one of the best dubs ever, then where does the GTA series stand (just an example)? Dub localization shouldn't even exist to begin with. Not only because of how bad the actors usually are, but also because they have no contact with the game creators. Look at the following videos from Bioshock Infinite:

These are examples of good acting and, to reinforce my point, you can see how involved is Ken Levine with the actors, something you completely lose during dub localizations. If Persona 4 voices were a 9 out of 10, what's this game? You need to use the whole scale, not only 8 to 10.

You should at least fine a  clip from the vita version. That's not how chie sounds. They redid most of the voices for the golden version. Chie character is meant to be a little on the annoying side, mixed with cute. All the other voices are very good. At least play the game before you start bashing the voice acting. Because it very nice. 9.0 sounds like the score I'd give the voice acting.

ehh just let him think what he wants to. I personally think the voice acting was really good but if he doesn't agree and wants to discard the review because of that then its ok.  Can't please everybody.  A review is subjective and one person's opinion after all.
