I would argue that these tax havens allow Google and Amazon to offer lower prices, which is great for consumers.
I also firmly believe that income tax is an excise tax and is unconstitutional and have researched several cases where the IRS lost as each US citizen has the RIGHT to work and taxes cannot be imposed on rights.
