The highest scoring game or the most praised game, which deserves the GOTY?

Ya, Walking Dead deserves the GOTY, both in reviews and gameplay.

Gameplay? Out of all games suggested for GOTY TWD has the most restricted, basic gameplay. It's the writing and the acting that make it amazing.

You do realize that their will be like 50 other sites giving awards away and GoTy awards?  VGA just has the most publicity

I realize that. But its the official PS3 fan go-to award show.......Uncharted 2 2009 (****shivers****). Im happy I won't have to hear any Journey 2012 VGA references. Thats a load off my back.

Personally, Gamespot GOTY is the only one I truly follow and respect.

Oh come on man, Uncharted 2 deserved that award....You cant be so blind that you cant see a good game.  

Anyways yeah ill be following gamespots as well but I dont know how theres is working this year.

Not saying it didn't. It was the fan fallout that happened afterward and still continues to a degree this day. Ergo im happy I dont have to live through another 3 years of "Journey GOTY 2012 what about 360?" comments and PMs.

Does this really get to you that much? who cares what console got GOTY lol
