It's not worse. It's exactly the same. Many ports follow this idea to "preserve the original". I have no problem with it unless the original had serious gameplay/presentation flaws, which the 360 version did not. You can still play through the game. 

So you are fine with the Wii U ports being on the same level as the PS360 versions? Hmmm...
