It's an article about Google not paying enough taxes. What's the big deal, I could list a bunch of other companies that pay less than google in taxes and make more money than google. GE for example, the company who owns both NBC and MSNBC. They pay absolutely ZERO taxes.
So what is the point of this article being posted? Everyone knows that big companies hop overseas, place their mailboxes somewhere, ect and use every loophole they can to pay the least amount of taxes.
