probably knock offs....
but yeah smart move it will be easier to create a market over their than in Europe or north America... and the revenue flow from their could be enough to justify pushing it more and more in other region in the long run..... it's like a game of Risk.... focus on region before attacking other if you don't have the upper hand....
anyway I'm getting my lumia 920 soon... I would have hoped to see what the ativ s would have been like but Samsung is always slow on his WP....
this will be my first WP since a sony Ericson back in the early 2000.... it's too bad they don't have more choices... I'd love to have a galaxy S3 or a Note 2 version of WP8 especially for the extra storage option and bigger screen for the note.... but that'll be for the next one....
