Netflix isn't in japan, only eu and usa. We don't even get it here in NZ and im pretty sure AUS doesn't get it either.

Also, even if you try using a US PSN account to get access to Netflix, the network will recognize that you're somehwere where Netflix isnt supported. No idea how they do it, probably through IP or something.
