They should fix the bodies dragging whenver you walk over them too. And in general better optimization of graphics and physics, so there's not clipping everywhere, make the framerate is more solid (on console), and thus making it not run like crap on PC for how it looks. This will enhance the atmosphere.

Enhance co-op so it doesn't make the game easy, but let you play it with friends if you want and not necessarily just a total stranger. In Dark Soul's/Demon Soul's when you summoned a friend it made a lot fo the boss fights difficulty go way down, way too much imo.

I can also add to that, They should make it more like demon's souls where if you died in the world the monsters became even harder to kill. I want this game to be brutal!
